The Jurisprudential Ruling on Strengthening the Uterus with Proteins Found in the Semen of a Stranger (non-husband)

Abstract
Recently, scientists have realized that if non-sperm components of semen (such as proteins) are transferred to the uterus of a woman in the form of an ointment, it is useful for strengthening the uterus to protect the fetus. Therefore, from a jurisprudential perspective, there is room for reflection as to whether it is permissible to transfer these components of semen from a non-husband man to the uterus of a woman, even though the components do not contain sperm. The following article explains, using a descriptive-analytical method and using library resources, how expressions such as the prohibition of "ejaculating semen" and "conferring sperm", etc., which are found in verses and narrations related to the ruling on the issue, have been used to argue for the prohibition of the act of transferring non-sperm components of a stranger's semen into the uterus, and how close the argument to the generality or universality of these expressions is to proving this prohibition. After approximating the argument by explaining the contradictions in the evidence, the implication of the texts clearly shows that the narrated evidence of prohibition is related to forbidden sexual and consummatory acts or, at most, related to procreation and the production of children, and does not include the prohibition of the transfer of non-spermic components of semen. Therefore, after excluding the ijtihadi proof for this assumption, the principle of innocence and permissibility of using this drug to strengthen the uterus is proven.
