afye Sabil is one of the important jurisprudential rules. The present article studies this rule and its application in the media and cyberspace world, for the Islamic society can be dominated and influenced by non-Muslims and the information of Muslims become available to their enemies. This research with a descriptive-analytical method based on library data analyses this issue. The authors concluded that according to the rule of Nafye Sabil cyberspace and social networks can be used only in case of emergency or in cases such as using it against the enemy himself.
