Abstract
Electronic developments, especially in the field of computer games, have occupied many aspects of its users at various levels. Computer games can be categorized into three groups; first: Those games produced predominantly or exclusively for entertainment, although they do make the user nervous. Second: games with predominant or exclusive therapy applications. And third: the games whose overriding or exclusive effect is to encourage the user to commit a religious forbidden or an unlawful act. Now, if the user of the game as a result of encouragement and stimulation of the third group commits a crime, who will be responsible? With a descriptive-analytical method, the present article tries to answer this question according to Islamic law and Iranian legislation system.
